Admissions
We offer 15-hour and 30-hour Government-Funded, as well as full fee-paying childcare places Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm.
Curzon and Fawood Nursery School welcomes children aged 2 to 4 years. We are currently awaiting registration approval for children under 2 years old. To stay informed, please register your interest with our office, and we will notify you as soon as places become available. We also offer Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) funded by Brent for nursery-aged children with Autism. To be eligible for a place, children must have a confirmed Autism diagnosis. For more information on the diagnosis process, please contact our Family Wellbeing Centre.
The Admissions Process
We offer nursery school admissions each term, with a rolling admissions during term-time for September, January, and April.
Once we receive your completed application form and all the required documents, we will contact you to arrange a home or school visit. This visit is a friendly meet-and-greet opportunity for us to get to know you and your child before their start date.
A home visit allows your child to meet their teachers in a familiar and comfortable environment, alongside you (mum or dad). This helps build trust and rapport, making the transition into nursery smoother. When children recognise a familiar face in the classroom, it can ease separation anxiety at drop-off and support a confident start.
To help us process your application efficiently, please ensure you submit the completed form and all necessary documents well in advance of the term you are applying for.
We’ll be in touch to confirm your home or school visit:
- July for September admissions
- December for January admissions
- March for April admissions
Application forms are available from the office or download an electronic version here. Please complete the application form and submit it at the reception desk along with your child's original birth certificate and proof of address for the parents (e.g., a bank statement or utility bill). For government-funded places, the office will require your HMRC code. We are happy to provide guidance or assistance with the application process.
We offer 15-hour government-funded places with morning classes from 8:30am to 11:30am or afternoon classes from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time. For working families, we provide a full-time option from 8:30am to 3:30pm, two days a week, with the option to pay for additional days or extended hours through our Breakfast Club from 8am or After School Club till 6pm. Please click here to view our fees structure.
